Moving to "literate" emacs init files

This is fun. I have moved my emacs main init file to an org-mode file
as explained here : Org Babel. This now means the elisp files themselves are org-mode agenda files to which I can add logs, tasks etc.

  1. Lol, so did I yesterday ;), inspired by this post http://gregnewman.org/journal/2010/jan/24/let-org-mode-manage-your-emacs-dot-files/ on Emacs Planet. Neat, isn't it?!

  2. It is ;) Although sometimes from force of habit I edit the el files and then lose my changes!

  3. Yeah... I think we should put "buffer-read-only t" in some sort of Local Variables specification in the tangled files to stop that happening... I think it might already be on the list but will bump it...
